Shipping Policy

We ship orders from Norway using reliable carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Domestic shipping (Norway)
Orders within Norway are shipped with Posten/Bring. Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days from dispatch. Delivery to rural areas may take slightly longer.

International shipping
All international orders are shipped with DHL Express. Delivery time is typically 2–5 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Duties and taxes
All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Taxes and import duties are included in the total price at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Orders over $300 ship free worldwide.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, but we will do our best to assist if issues arise.

Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
